If you have ordered the wrong part, it may be exchanged for the correct one. Please see the Return Merchandise Authorization instructions below.
If you have received the wrong part or if it is defective then contact our technical support department prior to requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If you need to return an item under the above circumstances, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with instructions on how to return the item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Some items are shipped via common carrier and will not show up during your purchase and will be charged at the time of shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are calculated based on their dimensional weight. This calculation is made by the carrier and due to the size of the item, the cost to ship may be more than a smaller item of the same weight. For instance an item weighing 20lbs, may have a dimensional weight of 150lbs due to the size of the container. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
